About Jody Roy

Jody Roy is a country songwriter, storyteller, author, and founder of JRR Ranch Records & Entertainment. His music comes from real life—country living, hard work, family, friendship, love, faith, and the experiences that shape who we become.

Blending traditional country storytelling with his own country-roll style, Jody writes everything from heartfelt and motivational songs to upbeat country and outlaw-inspired tracks. His approach is simple: write songs that say something, tell a story, and give people something they can relate to.

Life away from the music is just as important. Jody operates a rescue farm, providing a home and a second chance for animals in need.
